Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn garments in the original packaging, ensuring all designer hangtags remain attached to the clothing.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
